I used Photomatix to tone map 5 photos. The 5 photos were seperated by one F-stop. Used a Canon Powershot A640 with the CHDK firmware installed. The scripting cabibilites in CHDK enables the user to write custom scripts. This is how I was able to set and shoot without moving the camera.
